Homemade Tamales?
Have any of you tried to make homemade tamales? I have this idea that I want to try it, but I've also heard it's a lot of work. I'm not sure how much effort I want to put into it. Any feedback on this?

Nope... have not tried tamales, but would love a recipe, and I'm still waiting for pictures of Bekah's hair cut!

Maybe Monica does. I kind of remember her mom making homemade tamales a really really long time ago. I would also like to give it a go if it's not too awfully hard.
I left Monica a message, so maybe she has a good recipe and can help us out. It sounds like it could be an adventure of sorts.
And, yes! We need to see pictures of Bekah's new haircut. We saw Sadie's...
I would like to learn. I seen them make them on TV. Doesn't look TOO hard. :+)
Monica made a comment that she has a new church calling that is taking up her time--maybe that's why she hasn't called.
